With this app, you can make P&D (Puzzle & Dragons) style Icons with 4 steps only:
Step 1. Take a photo or pick a photo from album
Step 2. Select a frame
Step 3. Move, rotate and scale the photo with your finger.
Step 4. Press "Save" button
